I am so disappointed with this machine. I bought it thinking it would be convenient not having to bring out the mop and pail BUT this is heavy and a pain to use.It also doesn't work all that well for me, I find it doesn't clean as well and I can get the floor MUCH cleaner using the mop and pail.I am selling it and returning to the good 'ol fashioned method.
