Fabulous! It doesn't do the work for you, but if you're willing to put the time in it does a fantastic job. I'm not sure why someone would have the problems I read about when researching this machine. Read the directions and go slowly. I haven't had a problem with streaking, cleaning, suction, etc. I have huge areas of textured tile and I couldn't be happier. Even my husband commented on how good the floors feel after cleaning.
