The machine is easy to use. It got my tile floors and my hardwood floors very clean. It made my life a lot easier. (No more sitting on my hands and knees scrubbing.) The only drawbacks were emptying the dirty water (a little messy) and when using the machine to wash the floors sometimes the machine would seem to lose power for a few seconds then be ok.
