This is my second Hoover Floor Mate, I had the 3000, I bought this one because after many years of weekly or more often cleaning of my 2000 square foot tiled home, it finally gave up--poor suction, would not dispense fluid. Got a FANTASTIC price after comparison shopping on EBAY and all over the internet. Amazon delivered the item 4 days after I ordered (over the holiday weekend!!) I do not use it to vacuume, still use my regular vacumme so I can get the bigger stuff (bird seed, kitty litter, etc) But I LOVE the new attachments and grout cleaner tools!!
