I love this thing. It does what it says. We have wood floors and tile in the bathrooms. This makes cleaning so much easier, and the tile never looked better. The floor is dry right away! The only wish I had was that Hoover was more helpful in suggesting other cleaners compatable with the Floor Mate. I emailed and asked if Murphy's Oil soap would work, and the response was "we don't recommend it". I'm not sure if that means don't do it, or they aren't recommending someone else's brand? It would be nice to not have to order their solutions, or feel like I have to cut it to make it last.
