My husband loved it and said it was worth the cost! That's an accomplishment. He has done our 2000 sq ft of tile flooring since we moved to Florida 2 years ago. This machine did a very good job in in half the time with 1/3 of the effort (which is very important to him). Also it allows me to do the kitchen floor myself which needs to be done more often than the rest of the house.
