I replaced a Bissell Flip-It machine that was almost totally worthless with this machine. I hate to clean but if I have to then I want the tools to work. I use this machine on both tile and laminate floors, they haven't been this clean since we moved in two years ago and there are no streaks. You have to go over each area at least two or three times but it cleans and vacuums up the solution very well if you're methodical.
