The Hoover hard floor cleaner is the best for our household. We have concrete floors & use the tile & grout brush, works GREAT! The reason I gave it only 4 stars is I wish both of tanks were larger. It is very user friendly. No more towels to clean up water spills either. My recomendatation is to keep this machine in an easy accessable place, if you have a big spill,(like water running into a jug & 4 gallons of water on the floor)works great, or you just want to spot clean. Also you can't beat the price for this model, best value for the money by far.. I have researched this product online & in stores.
