I bought this unit about a year ago. Believe it does a pretty good job. Observations. I don't use the Hoover cleaning fluid. I use Fabulosa, Lysol or Spic & Span. Use only a 1/2 of the measuring device or the floor will be sticky. Yeah the tanks are small but not that much of a pain to fill or empty. My biggest gripe was that the two plastic levers holding the brush cover would constantly work loose. After about 9 months of this infuriating problem I decided to fix it. Drilled two small holes through the levers and then two smaller starter holes into the base. Attached retaining screws and problem solved. Wish I had thought of it sooner.
